Our Story
Anchor & Pine was founded by Kyle Gelsthorpe following a 17-year career at one of the nation's largest insurers. After rising to Senior Vice President running national flood and homeowners insurance lines, Kyle returned home to open an independent agency with his son, Reese. By bringing national-level underwriting and distribution experience to the local level, we offer our clients a distinct advantage: we know exactly how the industry works from the inside out.
