"my sons current insurance was going up from $120 to $195 on his ATV He was going to make his payment and saw it was $300 and called them and the agent stated to him due to a homeowners discount we gave you, we never received proof and he would need to pay $300 and then moving forward it would be $195 monthly. We were totally shocked and honestly unaware of a homeowners discount at the time of setting up the policy. Very disappointed with this company as they are a big known Insurance Company. Needless to say we immediately canceled the policy and were in need of coverage asap! I immediately reached out to Kim Taylor and she was able to get the same coverage 12 month policy at a much more affordable price that truly fit his budget. My son and I couldn't be more happier with the rates and service she provided . The response time was excellent she was very helpful and knowledgeable, made the the entire process smooth and stress free. If anyone is looking for a trustworthy agent Kim is it!"
